Personal work -- Dark Druid ideation

Meant to be an exploration of Diablo's druid class. The idea of a dark druid who bends nature to his will rather than living in harmony with it seemed really interesting to me. These are a few sketches exploring how a twisted but still heroic druid class might look.

Few have met the reclusive druids, who keep to themselves amongst their massive stone towers deep within the dense forests of Scosglen. Here they scour the texts of the ancient Tome Fadae Dulra in search of new insights. Most of druidic culture seeks to deepen their knowledge of the natural world and aid in restoring the corruption brought by the demonic invasions. But not all follow the Fadae Dulra as closely as Fiacla-Gear intended. A curious push the limits of their bond with nature in dark ways bordering on the unnatural. A new kind of oneness that bends nature to the will of the druid for a short time to aid in the protecting and restoring sanctuary itself. For these druids the end justifies the means.
